The Experience of Giving Birth; Insights of Evaluation of Childbirth Satisfaction

The importance of service as an added value different between organizations and improving customerconservation has motivated to adopt models instruments improve enhancecustomer satisfaction. Based on the premise that “managing means assessing”, have been investingin various tools aimed at assessing service, detecting gaps, identifying central elements affectcustomer satisfaction.The study characterized compared two for satisfaction: SERVICEQUALmodel, which examines gaps in five dimensions, PS3 model, theeffect three elements—Personal care, Physical surrounding, Process technical—on women’s satisfactionwith childbirth care.The findings show both models, dimension personal touch, particularly empathy, accessibility,and reliability medical team, was most meaningful parameter determining level satisfactionand experience mother. Additionally, according SQ tangibles servicealso carry important role patient’s satisfaction during childbirth. In other words, better termsof tangible process lead higher among patients.
